Kay Wright is a Realtor you can trust in Lexington, KY and the surrounding communities. She works with both buyers and sellers in setting and achieving personal and investment real estate goals. Her focus on each and every client’s needs has resulted in a business that reflects many repeat clients and client referrals.

There are so many opportunities for prospective buyers and sellers to experience the local market through web based information such as Zillow and Trulia. So why do you need Kay?

1. Local listings feed from our MLS system at the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors to all other web based sites, including Zillow. We have the information first! Kay’s information is the most accurate and relevant to local buyers and sellers.

2. Kay is extremely skilled in frontline negotiations of not only the best market price, but also the repairs and conditions which might accompany each and every sale.

3. In addition to her knowledge of the economic conditions that impact the local housing market, Kay is well versed in the real estate policies and laws that protect her clients from harm.

Add Kay’s skill in communicating and building teams with all parties involved, e.g., agents, buyer, seller, lender, appraiser, title company, attorney, inspectors, contractors, etc., and you have the “complete package” in a Realtor.
